Carrot Cake







 Helloo, another recipe for cake. Fancy & Classic Cake. I made Carrot Cake. ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ. This is so good. Trust me ๐Ÿคž๐Ÿป.

Bahan cake:

2 btr Telur

185g gula pasir

100ml minyak sayur (i use coconut oil or vco, u can use another vegetable oils as you like, please do not use Frying oil/minyak goreng biasa)

160g yogurt (plain yogurt)

1/2 sdt Vanilla Extract/paste

210g Cake flour/ tepung serba guna/ tepung protein rendah

1 1/2 sdt baking soda

1/2 sdt cinnamon ground/ bubuk kayu manis

A pinch of salt/ cubit garam (2 cubit)

150g Nanas segar cincang kasar 

170g Wortel parut

70g Walnut panggang (cincang2 kasar)

Bahan Cream Cheese as topping:

250g cream cheese

30g unsalted butter

65g Gula halus

1/2 sdt vanilla extract

How to bake :

1. Aduk telur, gula, hingga larut, tambahkan vanilla extract, dan minyak sayur, aduk hingga larut. Pakai mixer atau whisk boleh. Tidak perlu sampai mengembang.

2. Masukan tepung, baking soda, cinnamon, garam, aduk kembali.

3. Masukan nanas, wortel , walnut, aduk kembali.

4. Panggang cake tadi di oven dengan suhu 170 C 30-40 menit (sesuaikan dengan oven masing2). Kue klo udah matang di tusuk g ada yg lengket. 

5. Siapkan frosting : aduk cream cheese, butter, gula, vanilla tadi. Hingga lembut. Jatuhnya jadi kaya cream gitu ya.

6. Cake tadi di dinginkan dulu 30 menit di kulkas. Baru bisa di tambahin adonan frosting tadi.

7. Dekor kue tadi dengan adonan frosting/ topping cream cheese tadi. Taburi atas nya dengan Walnut panggang lagi. Dinginkan semalaman.

8. Ready to serve
